The apartment has a sun-drenched south-facing balcony, a double room, a kitchen-cum-living-room with a porch, a double sofa bed and single bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchenette offers convenient cooking with 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and crockery. The apartment also has satellite TV, W-LAN  and a hair dryer. Linen for the bed, bath and table are provided.

Prices per day and apartment for a minimum stay of 4 days

The prices include: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, W-Lan, electricity, water, heating, hair dryer and final cleaning also all fees and taxes with the exception of the local tax. Toddlers up to 1 year old are free (except in high season).

The apartment also offers: equipment for toddlers; playground; ping-pong, table football,various games for indoor and outdoor and full barbecue facilities; washing machine ( euro 4,00) and ironing facilities are available;

covered parking space; garage is available on request; ski-storage-room;

You can get every morning our delicious farm made products like fresh milk, eggs, jam, honey and fresh bread from our baker. So you can start the day with fully energy.

• Surcharge of Euro 10,00/day for stays of less than 4 days
• For your domestic animal we charge 10,00 € per day (without food). Please bring your own basket or blanket.
• Booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation:100-200 Euro; Raiffeisenkasse Welsberg-Gsies-Taisten;  IBAN: IT 73 H 08148 58600 000300225851 – SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21052 and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation.
• Please enter “advance payment” as reason for payment and your name. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code you do not have a right to withdraw. The legal regulations stipulated in Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code Decree 206/2005 expressly apply.  Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
• Payment system: cash, bancomat or bank transfer.
• Check-In: Rooms are available after 2 pm on arrival day; Check-Out: We ask you to vacate your room before 10 am on departure day.
• If you visit us in winter, make sure to fuel your diesel engined car with winter diesel.
• Upon arrival all guests staying at the Faltnerhof will automatically receive a free HOLIDAYPASS PREMIUM – the free discount card for our guests – free use of all public South Tyrolean transport – touristic services and discounts
• Tourist tax: Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,70 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.
